Andy and I have always gotten a laugh over Joey calling our Honda Pilot, "Joey's car," but we didn't realize how possessive of it he really was until this week.
A couple of days ago, Andy had to take the Pilot to work. As we were waving goodbye to Andy in the morning, Joey looked puzzled when Andy got into the Pilot. This bewilderment turned into a full-fledged temper tantrum as Andy backed out of the garage. He kept yelling, "Joey's car, Joey's car."
Later that day when Joey and I were at the grocery store, we ran into a friend of mine. Joey was talking to her and said something about Daddy. My friend asked, "Where is your Daddy?" Joey promptly responded, "Work. In Joey's car." Apparently he was ratting out his dad for stealing his car.
