There's Treasure Everywhere
Making (and eating) Christmas cookies is one of the kids' favorite December traditions around here. They especially love helping decorate the sugar cookies.
The sugar cookies take a few days to make. I usually make the dough, cut out the shapes and bake all the cookies one day. The next day, they help put on the icing. About half of the cookies get sprinkles.
The other cookies have to dry for 24 hours before we use the food coloring markers. I bought this set three years ago and they still work great!
