A Solution
Remember when I said that I wasn't a huge fan of the time-consuming process of feeding solid foods to Ellie. Well, problem solved. Joey has a new chore!
Unfortunately, this method of having Joey feed Ellie only exacerbates the messiness issue, but that's okay with me!

I love the third picture where you can see Joey with his mouth open trying to encourage Ellie. I always did the same thing when feeding you babies.
I love it! Having your kids help out is always a good solution!
That is too funny! Dad did always open his mouth for each bite.
