Caricatures

During the summer, I blogged about going to the Google Fair and getting caricatures done of the kids. We thought the girls turned out really well, but Joey looked a little off. Andy had the idea to scan the picture and photoshop Joey's face shape and eyes to make it look more like him. While he was at it, he thought it would be fun to color them. He wanted to see if he could use the pictures as characters in the video game he's making (Huckleberry Fields Forever). We thought about getting a frame with three openings and framing each face separately. Then, Andy thought they would look really cool printed on canvases. I found a great deal online, and we ordered three 8x8s. They came in the mail this past week, and we just love them. They turned out so well and are now hanging on our wall.
